A day away from the city: Light to Intermediate 7.5 miles hike, with option to go for an extended loop: 8.5+ miles.

Rolling hills with amazing views of two gorgeous lakes and several hundred feet cliffs.
Located in the Minnewaska State Preserve, 1 hour 45 minutes from New York...

For you to bring: backpack, lunch, sandwiches, picnic, water, liquids...     and good spirits !!

Upon return to the van, you will be "greeted" by beer, water, and Gatorade...  and some snacks for the way back...
Hiking boots always recommended, sneakers ok...

Meeting / Departure:
8.00 am Union Square
8.00 am Upper East Side
8.15 am Upper West Side
Returning:  ca. 6.30 pm

Cost:    $45
Included: r/t Transport, water, Gatorade, beer !! and some snacks for the way back...
